In about 8 weeks, Nimbl delivered a comprehensive roadmap of options and recommended paths in phases, key activities, priorities, and cost estimates including an Experience Blueprint, a highly visual and informative way to look across a series of experiences to understand how personas engage with and across roles, functions, and technologies.
