Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager to manage the entire lifecycle for a product offering. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality products and services for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver products and services that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Identify market trends, conduct research, and develop strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap.
- Work with designers, developers and business analysts to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Deliver product on time and within budget.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancements.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.
Qualifications needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the fintech space.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
